Maximum number of chrome steel balls

To achieve maximum load, MAX bearings are completely filled with high-quality balls of accuracy class 10. No cage means more balls and 40% more load. The bearings are filled with balls by hand due to very smalltolerance between inner and outer ring.

High carbon chrome steel rings 52100

The purest steel alloy strong than any other. MAX bearings use a lubricant for marine purposes from CRC. Vaseline will remain in the deposit even under extreme conditions. Even salt water will not penetrate and damage the bearing.

LLU type seals

Each sealing ring has two cutting edges that fit into the guide grooves in the inner ringbearings. The outer lip prevents dirt from penetrating, while the inner one keeps Vaseline in the bearing. During operation, this system is practically watertight, the Vaseline in the groove of the inner ring creates a watertight barrier.
