The maximum amount of chromium steel balls
For maximum load MAX bearings are completely filled with high-quality balls of accuracy class 10. No cage means more balls and 40% greater load. Ball bearings are filled manually due to a very small tolerance between the innerand the outer ring.
Rings from high chromium steel 52100
Purest alloy steel firm like no other. MAX grease bearings used for marine purposes from CRC. Grease will remain in the bearing even under extreme conditions. Even the salt water will not penetrate inside, and bearing damaged.
The seal of LLU
Each sealing ring has two lips which engage into the guide grooves in the inner ring of the bearing. The outer lip prevents penetrationimpurities, while maintaining internal grease in the bearing. In operation, the system is virtually waterproof, grease in the groove of the inner ring creates a waterproof barrier.
