Appointment booking

Reservations can be made by phone (379 490 490) or by email (info@spoke.cz). Rent is paid in advance either incash at the store, or by bank transfer (we will send the payment documents to your email).

In case of cancellation of the reservation, we charge a cancellation fee. If the reservation is canceled within 14 days of the scheduled pick-up date, the cancellation fee is 10% of the rental price. If the reservation is canceled 7-14 days after the scheduled pick-up date, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. If the reservation is canceled less than 7 days after the scheduled pick-up date, the cancellation fee is 100% of the rental price.
