The Vulpine S is the fastest racing semi-slick gravel tire that WTB makes. A smooth centerline reduces rolling resistance, while the round tire profile features short, closely spaced lugs that provide predictable cornering traction on hard terrain. The tire has been sufficiently tested in the harsh conditions of the Transcordilleras bikepacking 8-day gravel race in Colombia or in the grueling 200-mile Unbound Gravel in Kansas.
- TCS - Sheathit can be used with a classic inner tube, or as a tubeless one with sealing sealant
- Light Casing - the lightest possible design, provides a balance between low rotational weight and reliability
- Fast Rolling / Dual DNA compound - the harder center of the tread minimizes wear, the softer sidewalls provide greater grip
